All orders are delivered within 5-7 working days from order confirmation. Orders placed before 2:00 PM GST on working days (Sunday through Thursday) are processed the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends (Friday-Saturday) are processed on the next working day.

Payment Method
Aura Peptides operates on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis exclusively. You pay the delivery driver the full order amount when your package arrives. No advance payment, no online payment, no bank transfer required. What you see on the order confirmation is what you pay at the door.
Cold-Chain Shipping Process
Peptides are temperature-sensitive biological compounds. Improper shipping can degrade purity and render products useless for research. Our cold-chain shipping process ensures your order arrives in optimal condition:
- Insulated Packaging: Every order is packed in thermally insulated boxes designed to maintain internal temperature for up to 48 hours.
- Gel Cold Packs: Pharmaceutical-grade gel packs are included to keep the internal temperature between 2-8°C throughout transit.
- Tamper-Evident Seals: Each vial is individually sealed with tamper-evident closures so you can verify product integrity upon receipt.
- Discrete Outer Packaging: No product names, branding, or descriptions appear on the outer shipping box. Your order arrives in a plain, unmarked package.
- Fragile Handling: All packages are marked for careful handling and are not stacked during transit.

Can I choose a specific delivery date?
We cannot guarantee specific delivery dates, but our delivery team will contact you before arrival to coordinate a convenient time window. If you have scheduling constraints, mention them in your order notes or via WhatsApp.
What happens if I'm not available for delivery?
Our driver will attempt to contact you by phone. If you are unavailable, we will reschedule delivery for the next available working day at no additional cost. After two failed delivery attempts, the order will be returned and you will need to place a new order.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, Aura Peptides delivers exclusively within the United Arab Emirates. We do not offer international shipping.
Is the packaging temperature-monitored?
Our insulated packaging with gel cold packs is designed to maintain 2-8°C for the duration of domestic UAE transit. For the northern Emirates (RAK, UAQ, Fujairah), we use additional cold packs to account for longer transit times.
